This Rectangular Meditation Cushion sits a little higher than our traditional Zafu and is adjustable by adding or removing buckwheat hulls through a zipper concealed beneath the handle. These Rectangular Meditation Cushions offer ideal support for those with wider or less flexible hips to ensure a comfortable meditation posture. Each Rectangular Meditation Cushion is custom made in Austin, Texas with 100% cotton fabric, measuring 12 inches wide, 16 inches long, and 6 inches high. Each cushion is filled with 5 pounds of organic buckwheat hulls. Dakini Meditative Meditation Cushions are designed by Austin-based meditation teacher Kelly Lindsey and physician Adam Smith to support and inspire your meditation practice.
